“He who deliberates fully before taking a step will spend his entire life on one leg.” ~Chinese Proverb
Its ok to not know something…In fact, it is often far more powerful to admit when you don’t know then when you do.
For myself, I have been in and out of knowing for a long time. There are days I wish to know what my direction will be and then there are days that I find myself “dazed and confused”.
I believe to know something is to seek a guarantee where isn’t one. Because, ultimately, what we end up knowing changes.
This is going to be a shorter post this week, but I wanted to leave you with something. What that thing is, I can’t really say. I want to leave you with uncertainty, with “i don’t know” and its totally ok. Allow yourself to be inside of I don’t know. If you are dealing with something, if you have hurt and pain, if you are just plain bored, allow it all. Don’t make it wrong that you don’t have the answers. Most of us never have any answers that matter always.
We are all fumbling our way through this existence. And this writer knows first hand, that often times, the best experiences are the ones that we don’t plan, expect, or “know” will happen. They just happen, they happen when we least expect it and they most often times take our breath away.
I love you all this week and I hope and pray you have peace in your life.
With all Gratitude….
